Merge two versions of the same book

I merged 2 versions of my books Esther's Song and Jerusalem Bound! and now they have both disappeared off my dashboard. Plus help.

Some editions were under "Beverly Brainard" rather than "B.J. Brainard." Fixed.

Esther's Song and Jerusalem Bound! had been merged with Babylon: Center of the World. I separated them back into individual editions.
