It should be "Gone Girl" and not "Gone girl".

Not a huge deal but it bugs me :)

lethe | 13747 comments Somebody changed it to "Gone Girl", but it could well be that the capitalization rules are different in Sweden. If I check online for this edition, I only see "Gone girl".

-- Ah, but you're Swedish yourself, or at least living in Sweden :)

Krazykiwi | 1767 comments They are different (Swedish is like the anti-german when it comes to capitalisation, not even weekdays get a capital around here) but they only apply to actually Swedish titles normally :)

I have no idea why they translated the book, and not the title.

Publishers sometimes do that when the book is very popular. The German title is "Gone Girl: Das perfekte Opfer"
