My book cover disappeared!

Hi there, the book cover of Out of the Nest: An Italian Summer suddenly disappeared (right in conjunction with the giveaway, yikes!) and I cannot edit it myself, even if I am the author.
Any advice?

That edition has never had a cover (the Kindle edition does.)
