The selection and Graceling series
I LOOOVE both of those books! I'm going to recommend "Tiger's Curse".
I would recommend Relentless by Karen Lynch an EPIC read I've read it twice and just love it MORE!!!

All books by Marie Lu are epic. She is my favorite author. When I see her books in the library, I start dancing right there. (Just kidding, but that would be funny.)Read her Legend Trilogy first, then The Young Elites series. She is still writing books today.
Then, look for Pittacus Lore's I Am Number Four Series. :D
Apart from them (and apart from the most obvious, modern dystopian books out there) I suggest:
