S.J. Pajonas (spajonas) | 5 comments I'm currently seeking out reviewers for the first book in my new cozy mystery series, The Daydreamer Detective. I'm primarily looking for people to post a review on Amazon, along with Goodreads (on or before May 31). The book releases on March 31, 2016. I have a form you can fill out to get your copy, and PLEASE use the form. This way I don't lose track of anyone! I definitely don't want to lose your request! And I check the form submission several times per day. :) I have 20 copies I can give away!

FILL OUT THIS FORM! --> http://goo.gl/forms/o6ejXfE5HW

Review copies are distributed via Instafreebie as Kindle Mobi, ePub, and PDF. Here's the blurb.

---

Luck? Forget it. Mei Yamagawa is fresh out of it. She's just been downsized from her 3rd job in five years and her bank account is dry. Now, to keep her head above water, she must leave Tokyo and move back to her rural Japanese hometown. And there's nothing worse than having to face your old rivals and ex-boyfriends as a failure while starting life over as a farm girl.

But when her best friend's father is murdered, and her best friend is named the main suspect, Mei turns her daydreaming ways towards solving the crime. Between dates disguised as lunches with the town's hottest bachelor chef, searching for clues, and harvesting sweet potatoes, Mei has a lot of non-paying work cut out for her.

Will she catch the killer before her bad luck turns worse? Or will she fry in the fire with the rest of her dreams of success?

---

Thank you for your time and consideration!

Are the copies for the giveaway paperback? If so, can you ship it to Japan if I win??

Sorry. No paperbacks are available. That would be too costly! And yes it does take place in Japan! I made up a fictional town in Saitama prefecture for the story. I'm planning my trip to Tokyo in August now. ☺️ If you would like an ebook copy please sign up for one!

Silvie (esilvie) Hi Stephanie,

your book looks very interesting and it has amaaaazing cover!
I've checked your form, because I would love to get a copy, but I don't have Amazon profile yet (*shares Amazon account with her boyfriend*).
Can I sign up for a copy once I have it, or do you request experienced users to review?

Thanks for reply :3

It's not so much "experienced reviewers" as it is just trying to get Amazon reviews since so many advertising venues only allow us to advertise with them based on our Amazon review numbers. So I'm definitely concentrating on getting Amazon reviews, but I'm also looking for people who would hopefully get excited about this new series and tell others about it! Please just put "Not Available Yet" in the Amazon name field and submit anyway. :) I've made the field optional!!

Thank you for your reply!
I love cozy mystery and I'm Japanese, so I. Interested in your novel!! However, I don't read e-books because I stare at my laptop for a long time at work (I'm a translator, by the way) and my eyes are always tired... But thank your for your offer. :-)
I hope you'll have a nice trip this autumn!

I totally understand. That's why I bought a Kindle Paperwhite when I decided to get an eReader. No eye strain! So nice when I spend all day at my computer working or making graphics or whatever and I just want to read. I have no room for paperbacks anymore so I had to make the move. Thanks for your interest, though! ありがとうございます!
