House Information

Cupid Academy has four different houses, and the house each student is sorted into has to do with their personality traits and what type of matchmaker they are. Beneath each house name is a picture of their founder.

Freyja House, founded by Freyja, the Norse goddess of love, sexuality, beauty, fertility, gold, war, and death.



House Colors: Red and pearl
Students of Norse gods tend to be put into Freyja house. They tend to love tragic romances, making matches that they know are doomed to fail just so they can have a bit of drama. Common traits are tricky personalities, resourcefulness, and very intuitive minds.

Yue Lao House, founded by Yue Lao, the Chinese god of marriage and love.



House Colors: Lavender and silver
Children of Chinese deities are more often put into this house. Students love making matches that will be long lasting, using their powers to put people in long term relationships that can last. Common traits are loyalty, dedication, and patience.

Venus House, founded by Venus, the Roman god of sex, love, beauty, enticement and seduction.



House Colors: Pink and gold
Students in Venus house tend to make matches in order to calm conflict and appease everyone. But they often use their abundance of charm to get what they want. Common traits in house Venus are things like a charming personality, individuality, sensitivity, and adventurous spirits.

Aphrodite House , founded by Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, beauty, pleasure and procreation.



House Colors: Violet and yellow.
Students in her house tend to be children of Greek gods and often use love and matchmaking to get revenge on others. Despite this, they are loyal to those they care about, even putting themselves in danger for them. Common traits are wit, intelligence, and acceptance.

When choosing houses for your Cupid-to-be, the most important thing is taking into account their personality, then their parentage. For example, although most characters in Yue Lao House will be of Asian descent, if their personality do not fit the house, they will be in other houses instead of Yue Lao.
