That's sounds like a quality series of mags given away free there. I noticed it ended in 1974, where the last editorial reflects with sadness that sci-fi interest has become a very small niche since the heyday of the 50s. That same magazine has a short story called Time Deer btw....reading a bit of it, it sort of sounds like a time travelling one but its writing style is a bit surreal, might be worth checking out though.
