Between the Pages is a weekly podcast. We pick one book to read every month, usually something that has recently been published or the first book in a series in which the latest book was recently published. We then divide the book into sections per week to provide a general discussion guideline and (if possible) avoid spoilers. These breakdowns are obviously not rules and we will likely read more or less depending on how busy life is.
All dates will be posted in the folder for the relevant book as well as noted with the pick on the bookshelf.
Due to the availability of different versions even when a book is newly released, we will likely be breaking the book into equal sections rounded to the nearest chapter opposed to listing page numbers.
In addition to a monthly read the podcasts will discuss other things we're reading, things we may be writing/editing/working on in some manner, and other bookish things, so feel free to ask questions unrelated to the monthly read.
Flagging a post will send it to the Goodreads Customer Care team for review.
We take abuse seriously in our discussion boards.
Only flag comments that clearly need our attention.
As a general rule we do not censor any content on the site.
The only content we will consider removing is spam,
slanderous attacks on other members,
or extremely offensive content (eg. pornography, pro-Nazi, child abuse, etc).
We will not remove any content for bad language alone, or being critical
of a particular book.
All dates will be posted in the folder for the relevant book as well as noted with the pick on the bookshelf.
