Advice re how to give away a free book

Hi! I'm just wondering what other authors use to give away free copies of their book to reviewers. I'm worried about sharing a pdf or dropbox link by email, as those could be shared with other people. Is there any way of giving someone just a one time download option that cannot be shared? I'm with Amazon KDP or else would be posting a free coupon code on Kobo. Thank you fellow authors!!

For eBooks, I've just gone on Amazon and clicked "Give as a Gift" and then usually email it to myself first (I use a different email address/name for my Amazon account than I do for my writing) and email it to the reviewer. You can also just put in the recipient's address. You buy the book, but you get your royalties so the cost is minimal. Hope this helps!
