Was the book ever published with the current cover including arc's?

The book was published in November 2013, so that's a yes. An ACE needs to be made.

Done. As the book has been already published with its current cover It can't be changed. I have created an Alterante Cover Edition with the current cover.

I changed the pub date for the ACE to February 2016, according to the manual, and added the librarian note to the description. :)
