Adding books to my profile and merging them?

There are 3 versions of my book "Saving Honor" on Goodreads. I would very much like if there was only one and they were all merged? If all the ratings and reviews were all on one of the editions? There is one that is a 2013 edition, one that is 2015 and is paperback,,,,and one that is kindle
I would like if the 2015 paperback was the one featured on my page and on the list when people look up the book. I would also like if the book cover was added to the Saving Honor 2015 paperback

All three editions of Saving Honor are combined. It doesn't matter which edition is shelved or reviewed, all ratings and reviews show up on any edition.

As the author, you have the ability to change which edition of the book is the default, which will come up in searches by title and show on their author profile.

I have added the cover from Amazon to the 2015 paperback of Saving Honor.

Can the same thing be done for Death and I? To merge the 3 editions listed? The 2013 and 2015?
I try to select to combine the books but they don't list the right ones or don't list all 3 at the same time.
Also the kindle edition doesn't have the 2015 cover image. Maybe I can do that myself when they are merged?

#4 - Done. The other 2 editions were imported without the period, that is why you could not combine them. I fixed the names and combined, you can now set your default edition.
