Added your name to the paperback edition and corrected it on Kindle edition. There are still some authors missing on either edition and they will have to be added.

The answer is no, that is another L. Benitez account. I've had that issue in the past by accidentally adding my books to that person's account since I was new to GR. Could you delete the books from that profile? The Shinobi 7 books (Trials of a Warrior, Poisoned Battleground, and Clash of the Clans) are all my work. As for the last one, Reading Tasks, it's not mine. That's concerning if this author is claiming my books. Could this be corrected?

Do I need to report the other L. Benitez? I have no idea how long this person has claimed to have written my books. It's misinformation. If a librarian can simply delete it from the person's profile and database, I would have nothing to worry about.

Goodreads uses spaces between names to disambiguate between authors of same name. It is not visible anywhere except edit pages (visible only to author and librarians) and does not affect searches. You are listed on GR as L.^^Benitez where ^ denotes a space. If you notice, the other profile is not claimed by anyone and is a default profile created by Goodreads automatically when author name (for any book) was added as L. Benítez.

We can certainly move your books to your page as they seem to be added with author name L. Benítez by mistake.

Is there any way to delete the default profile? If there's any way to correct this mistake I certainly appreciate it. My initial worry was that another author claimed my work but if you say it was a default profile created by GR, that's another story. Is there a way to only have one L. Benitez profile, that one profile being my own?

I moved the Shinobi books to your profile and combined them with the editions already listed under yours. All your books are sorted now.

If there are other authors who published with L. Benitez, we cannot let only one author profile (in this case yours) to exist, can we? :)

When you add your books in future, be sure to use L.^^Benitez as author name and they would get automatically credited to you. If you notice any of your future books on GR not appearing on your profile, you can request in this group and one of the librarians can move it to your profile.
