authors names run together

This anthology features 10 authors. When the book was added to Goodreads, my name as author ran together with that of Frankie Bow (Gail Baugniet Frankie Bow Goodreads Author) so that I was unable to link the book to my site. I added a second book listing with the intention of combining the two listings but now am unable to do so.

How can I combine both listings of Paradise, Passion, Murder with all author names listed separately?

Corrected your name on the Kindle and paperback edition (which are on your profile now) and merged the duplicate edition you had created.
