Boxed set is missing 6 of 7 authors...

Hello - Six authors and I just published a 7-author anthology boxed set on Amazon. One of the authors found it on Goodreads but it doesn't have a cover and it only has one author's name on it. We do not know who created it but it's incomplete.

Btw, all authors are GR authors with the exception of Susette Williams. She's on GR like an author because her books are listed here, but she is not going to be credited as "Goodreads Author" till she claims her profiles (she can do it through the link "Is this you? Let us know. If not, help out and invite Susette to Goodreads." at the bottom of her profiles.)
