What food websites/blogs/online resources do you use most?

I thought I'd share some of mine.
Indian Food: http://www.indianfoodrocks.com/
Her recipes always work, and are always good. She's also very good about answering questions etc.

Japanese Food: http://justbento.com/
Good tutorials etc. for those interested in getting started with Japanese food, recipes and tips written for Westerners who may not have lots of Asian ingredients available.

mrbooks | 13 comments try goodcooks.com more for the cook who can reproduce a recipe with minimal assistance. Some one who know measurements and processes, not for the beginner.

I use Youtube a lot and as I am quite fond of Indian cooking, there is one channel I like but I have to find the link, and it is Manjula's kitchen. She is great and it is also all vegetarian for those who are vegetarians.

Conni Lefon | 5 comments I love the blogs Orangette, Smitten Kitchen, The Wednesday Chef, and I have about 100 more in my Feedly reader. I use Allrecipes as a sort of general food search engine.
