Need help combining two copies of same book

Hello. My new book Protecting it All was released yesterday. I had previously added the book last week in preparation for it coming out, planning on adding the ASIN to it yesterday. Then one of my fans or maybe my publisher added it again so now it is listed two times. Not only can I not figure out how to delete one, but now there are reviews and ratings going on both of them. Can someone help combine them into one and get the 2nd deleted please before it gets even worse? Thanks!!!

Is this book only published as Kindle edition or do you have other
ebook version out?
