CAN'T MAKE THIS PRIMARY EDITION AND NEED TO

I should be allowed to "edit" and make this edition the primary one, but for whatever reason, it won't allow me to. I get an error message that says, "This book cannot be made the primary edition."

Has someone sorted this out for you? Which edition are you referring to? (It's usually useful to supply the ISBN in case someone else can sort it out)

I see the book has been published under two different names and not all editions have the same primary author. Possibly that causes this problem.
Under which name was it published first?
