I have three editions of this title: e-book, paperback, and "library edition" (hardcover). Would you please make sure the cover appears on all three and link/merge them? CJ

Combined and added the cover to the paperback. Amazon doesn't have a cover for the hardcover.
Is the ebook distributed anywhere else than Amazon? The Kindle edition (ebook with ASIN from Amazon) is already here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
