Stephen (stephenT) Thank you, Sharon. I will check out your book.

A (agablack) Hello Everybody,

I haven't had a chance to check in here in a while. Can I tell you about my blog ONE MORE BITE? Would love to get some opinions from other people, other than friends? My peeps are super supportive, but I would love to get an unbiased comment... It's here:

http://agablack.wordpress.com/

Look for "The Genesis" to get the details on how it all started.

Thank you so much!
Agi

Stephen (stephenT) I like it because it is food based. The print is a little on the small side, but that could just be my eyes. *sigh* Otherwise, I like food. You write about it well.

Chloe (countessofblooms) | 347 comments Have to say, I'm loving the ficus as the new group photo. Marvelous decision.

Abigail (42stitches) | 150 comments I'm glad I read the whole thing. ;)
Good morning!

message 308: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) Good afternoon Abigail, from the east coast. You must be west coast.

message 309: by [deleted user] (new)

I think that there should be some kind of honor that is bestowed upon someone who would read that whole thread, and still be a member afterwards.

message 310: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) What should it be? The ficus?

message 311: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) Here's your ficus

message 312: by [deleted user] (new)

Welcome Greer

message 313: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) Pssst, we need to restock the ficus

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Check out the latest poll, Greer... it might make a bit more sense.

(The options were culled from items that seem to be popular props and characters within our group.)

I think you gave away a baby Stephen, we have the original hid from you for fear you may do just what you did.

message 317: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) Well, so long as we have plenty to go around. Everyone needs a ficus to hide behind sometimes.

message 318: by Heidi (last edited Sep 16, 2009 11:04AM) (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Not entirely accurate. I don't need a ficus.

message 319: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) Actually, you may.

message 320: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments No. I don't.

message 321: by [deleted user] (new)

Heidi has never been behind the ficus, but you may want to get one ready Stephen. ;-),

message 322: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Jim wrote: "Heidi has never been behind the ficus, but you may want to get one ready Stephen. ;-),"

Exactly. Thank you, Jim. :)

:: pulls up my recliner behind the ficus, ready to watch the big screen TV with Tivo::

Empty recliner over here Stephen since Larry's been on extremely good behavior lately. Beer in the cooler, chili on the stove.

message 324: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments Dude, I like it behind the ficus. Jim has the right idea.

message 325: by [deleted user] (new)

Well if you want there's an empty chair hammock.

message 326: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments I'm just gonna sit on the floor.

message 327: by [deleted user] (new)

That works too.

message 328: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) Thanks I'll take the recliner. If Idieh is never in need of a ficus, then she can't be the immoderator.

message 329: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) And why has Larry been so good?

message 330: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Stephen wrote: "Thanks I'll take the recliner. If Idieh is never in need of a ficus, then she can't be the immoderator."

YES I CAN!

>:/

Jackie "the Librarian" | 8991 comments Yes, she can.

message 332: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) The she cannot be immoderate or dance backwards. Don't make me get all ficus on you.

message 333: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments I CAN, TOO!!!

message 337: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) Too late.

message 338: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments I'm about to put you in the time-out corner, Mr. Man... behind the ficus. Hmmph.

message 339: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) snicker.

A-ha! Heidi finally embraces the virtues of the ficus!

message 341: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments i thought that "behind the ficus" was time-out. :(

message 342: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) I don't have time for a time out, I am mass murdering flies. If the fly world has a police force, they are after me for sure.

message 343: by Knarik (new)

Knarik And their mafia would have already killed me. (I have murdered a BIG fly, who could be their Godfather).

Abigail (42stitches) | 150 comments I would love a ficus! Thank you so much.

Also, I'm in CST. I think I said morning because I have a third-shift mentality and never get up before noon unless I never went to bed...And I hadn't had my requisite 3 cups of coffee yet.
XD

Stephen (stephenT) Knarik wrote: "And their mafia would have already killed me. (I have murdered a BIG fly, who could be their Godfather). "

Knarik, thank you! The infestation seems to have slowed.

Abigail, I hope you enjoy your ficus. It comes in handy around here. So does a plate of cheese, but we'll tackle that some other time. :-)
