Unable to add a different edition

Hi all.

When I try to add a alternate edition of this book, including a self-scanned photo of the book cover, the book will not appear.
It seems there is a connection problem. Could you please let me know what I should do?

Hi Ron

You aren't a librarian on Goodreads so can't edit or add book covers.

If you go to the librarians manual there is the info where you can apply. https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...

Note they don't accept everyone & the reasons you give for wanting to be a librarian are important.

I take it you speak at least two languages that is always useful!

You don't have to be a librarian to add a new (alternate cover) edition. Every user can add books.

Not sure what is happening. You can upload the cover to your profile photos and let someone else try.

Found a slightly different cover (with mentioning of Deutscher Buchpreis) on a library website. Created an alternate cover edition: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
