So... as we race toward the end of the year and this challenge, I decided to see if any of the books I'd read and not counted toward my challenge had been banned. I've read a few Junie B. Jones books with my daughter, so I unwittingly completed this challenge.

Junie Jones was banned? Was it because of the fruitcake? Those anti-fruitcake people are very serious. (ha ha)
I don't know, but I'm counting it! :)
That just blows my mind! It's similar to why The Adventures of Captain Underpants was being banned in a lot of schools. They ban all these children's books and then wonder why none of the children growing up have any interest in reading!
