What channel is it on? I've heard the name, but never watched it. Are they good clones or evil clones?

BBC America. Although Amazon Prime has the first 2 seasons streaming. (The 3rd Season is pay only.) You might also be able to get it from your library. Most of the clones are good(ish) but some are very bad.
