Jenna Farris Dialogue in this book brings out new traits in characters. For example, Jackson's family is going through a rough situation, and is struggling. During this time, his mom tries to lighten the mood, and stay positive. This reveals a lot about who she is, and shows that she wants her family to be happy.

Delilah Yes, I agree that dialogue in book or any book brings out a character's traits.

Yeah! I like how you can learn about the character by just reading their dialogue. Through what they say and how they act, their true selves are revealed.
