Elizabeth | 2 comments Looking for the name of a paranormal romance novel. I think it was written sometime in the early to mid 2000s. It had a woman who could cast wards/runes and a guy who was either a vampire or a demon, I think his name was either Nicholas or Damien. It had a red cover. During the book they stayed with his brother or best friend, and she drew a ward/rune on him in whipped cream. They also traveled in Europe by train. She ended up saving him in the end.
Thanks in advance for your help. :)

Elizabeth adding details to your header will get more people looking at it. A lot of people don't click on threads unless they know exactly what the topic is.

Katie MacAlister's Dark Ones has this happening in several of her books. And she has both a Nicholas and I believe a Damien. Her characters also travel by train a lot, and the books are set in various European countries. And, of course, I can't find the book that I think this happens in.

And, if it isn't in Katie's series, try Kresley Cole's Immortals After Dark series.

But I really think it's the Katie series.
