Does the cost of a book prevent you from purchasing it? Or is the sky the limit?

Cost, Kindle Unlimited is $9.99 but if u read voraciously, it's a good investment. Ditto
Rick Riordan is a Myth Master.I liked reading Manus Chase which is packed with all those Norse God stuff. I liked "summerbrander the sword's" gossips the most!

I don't care how much ANY Rick Riordan book costs. It can be a hundred for all I care. I'll find some way to get the money! It's MINE!
my mom pays not me so it is up to her. i can not even hold on to $2
Cost definitely prevents me from buying most of the books that I like. I depend on my public library to read new books and on my local used bookstores to buy my favourites. I have recently started looking into subscription libraries (scribd, amazon) as an alternative.
