SOLVED. Adult, Romance. Widowed Father Falls in Love with Nanny [s]

I read a romance book 2-3 years ago about a father with child(ren) who hires a nanny after his wife commits suicide. I'm 90% the wife's name is Susanna. The husband is still grieving her at the beginning of the story but as time goes on he realizes that their marriage was flawed and that he wasn't truly in love with her to begin with (or something along those lines). Meanwhile, the live-in nanny falls in love with him as she's taking care of his household. I cannot remember the title or the author and it's driving me crazy.
