I'm sorry, it doesn't work because it seems to be set in Vietnam. If you have the USSR for option 3, you have to have an espionage book which is set at least 50% in the USA. (This includes the United States, and the territories of Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
