1. Why is the Queen so quick to off the heads of everyone?
2. What does Cheshire Cat represent?
3. Why do you believe the author models the Queen in the story after Queen Victoria?

1) I think that the Queen is so quick to off the heads of everyone, because she doesn't like anyone to be better than her. The Queen thinks that she is the best and doesn't anyone to take that away from her. Also, everything she demands, she gets, so when she demands something and doesn't get it, she loses and decides that they are useless and unimportant and gets rid of them by resorting to cutting off their heads.
2) I am not exactly sure what the Chesire Cat represents, but he seems as an authority figure of some sort. He is kind of her guide in Wonderland and is always around.
