Katy Mann | 861 comments Hi. Time to put together various Christmas lists, including gifts I want and gifts I might give.

Andy recs for great new books? Horror or otherwise?

I loved Station Eleven, Narrow Road to the Deep North, and the Rosie Project.

Any thoughts? Books I might have missed this past year or surprise finds you couldn't put down?

Sci-Fi & Scary (scifiandscary) Beneath Claire's House by Corey J. Popp and Sorrows Point by Danielle DeVor. Both are GREAT horror reads.

Is this the series by Paul Antony Jones?

Ed (BlackSabbathEd) No, Nicholas Sansbury Smith

Extinction Horizon
Extinction Edge
Extinction Age
Extinction Evolution
Extinction End

I just finished book #4 and IMO each one is better than the previous.

Ahhh The Stand, one of my top 5 favorite novels of all time. Great read from beginning to end.
