Trike | 109 comments While watching the trailer for Captain America: Civil War (https://youtu.be/uVdV-lxRPFo), I was digging The Flacon's new wings, which are a nice mix of the comic book and movie versions. Falcon has been one of my favorite characters since his debut, but I was also a fan of Spider-man's foe The Vulture. Must be something about the wings.

But that got me to wondering: are there any names of animals or objects that fly which HAVEN'T been used for superheroes or supervillians? (Whether the characters fly or not.)

Without looking any up, these are the ones I can recall:

Air Ace
American Eagle
Angel
Archangel
The Bald Eagle
Batman
Birdman
Black Canary
Blue Beetle
Blue Eagle
The Crow
Dove
The Eagle
The Falcon
The Flying Fox
Golden Eagle
Hawk
Hawkman
Hawkwoman
The Human Fly
Hummingbird
Man-bat
Mockingbird
Nighthawk
Nightwing
Nite-Owl
The Owl
Owlman
Phoenix
Raven
Robin
Rocketeer
Snowbird
Starhawk
Sunbird
Thunderbird
The Vulture
Warbird
Wasp
White Canary
Yellowjacket

...wow, I have a lot of useless trivia in my brain.

Is bantam the same as a cock or cockerelle?
