Please delete duplicate entries

I don't seem to be able to add a book without doing it more than once. If GR searches for the book, it often shows it without the cover, but then it is automatically entered on my dashboard and I haven't clicked anything to permit the addition. Then I try again to add my own cover and realize that now I have a second copy listed. Please delete the copies of the above book on my dashboard that don't have covers. These should the the links to those editions:

Added missing information/covers to various books where it was missing and tidied up as best I could. If there's anything else needing combining or adding or whatever, please ask.

Two Books are mine: Cults and Extreme Beliefs, etc. They are the same book with two titles and were written for a company that went bankrupt before the books actually made it into print. So, since no one can ever buy or read one of these books, I don't want them added to my list.
