I'm on page 63 now and I'm finding it a fun read; having fun hearing about the narrator's history of relationships.
Page 69
There were some lines that made me LOL for real. Other than that, I just feel like Rob is a dummy. Not a bad guy just an immature man/child.

Nearly half way through - the Kindle I'm reading on isn't showing me page numbers at the moment. Yeah - he's a total tosser! Hoping he'll mature more by the end. I barely remember the movie.
Chapter 15

Omg. I want to smack Rob. He's such a jerk. The way he spoke to his parents. The way he jerks Laura around for his own...what? It's not satisfaction. It's not amusement.
Ugh. King of the immature, irrational idiots!

Chapter 28

The discussion between Rob & Laura is the first thing to resonate with me. I had almost the exact same conversation with my ex (the one about changing). Finally! Something I can relate to here.

I'm on 234 and am still in the wanting to smack Rob phase. But I do feel like there's some movement toward something more "real."
Done.

I bought the first american edition hardcover book at the library. Does anyone want it? I will not be reading this book again. No charge. I'll just mail it to you. Let me know.
