What's the scariest book that you've ever read?Pet Sematary by Stephen King and I remember a short story that kept me up all night: Gramma, also by Stephen King.
What "thing that goes bump in the night" are you reading about? The Screaming Staircase is about ghosts and haunted houses ... it was scary!

The Shining, by Stephen King
The Shining (The Shining, #1) by Stephen King

- What's the scariest book that you've ever read?
I'm not sure, I tend not to read scary things.

- What "thing that goes bump in the night" are you reading about? What creatures of the night do you find most frightening?
The Shining is really creepy as you don't actually know what the thing that goes bump in the night is - I think that is far scarier than ghosts, werewolves and vampires.

What else gives you the chills?
Torture and sociopathic serial killers frighten the daylights out of me.

Under the streets of London there's a place most people could never even dream of. A city of monsters and saints, murderers and angels, knights in armour and pale girls in black velvet. This is the city of the people who have fallen between the cracks.
- What creatures of the night do you find most frightening?
Bats
- What else gives you the chills?
Snow, ha, ha!!

What's the scariest book that you've ever read? It might possibly be...
The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty

What "thing that goes bump in the night" are you reading about? In this fantastical novel, the Menstruum are scary, shape-shifting, hideous creatures, made of mucus, blood, fire, blisters and other gross stuff. They hunt down several humans in Liverpool, England (we're known as Cuckoos), but more importantly, they are after an ancient race known as the Seerkind -- interesting beings that through "raptures" are able to invoke magic. Most of the novel takes place in The Fugue, a secret kingdom kept hidden by the Seerkind.

What creatures of the night do you find most frightening? Weird sounds; cockroaches; rats; bats.

What else gives you the chills? Donald Trump and his growing fascist regime and A Little Life, a book that I found highly disturbing.

Cycle of the Werewolf by Stephen King

What's the scariest book that you've ever read?
I try not to read scary books. When I was younger the goosebump books scared the crap out of me. I can still remember the one about the lady in the mirror and sometimes when I go into the bathroom at night I can't look in the mirror just incase.

What "thing that goes bump in the night" are you reading about? What creatures of the night do you find most frightening?
Werewolfs.

What else gives you the chills?
