Anyone making progress on this one? I've finished a couple other books and hope to get back to it, I think I'm at 25% or so.

16%, I think.....I didn't see any updates, so I wasn't sure where everyone else was. I'll get a lot more read tomorrow--if I can get these kids to school.... ;)

I'm about 25% too. Nothing much so far. I have to say that Murphy gets on my nerves sometimes, and not much is happening yet.

I finished the 3rd book a few weeks ago. I wouldn't mind to read with everyone on the 4th book.

Same feeling here....Murphy is driving me crazy with the way she treats Harry; especially considering he's the only one who apparently "likes" her due to her role on the force.

Yeah I agree. Her attitude is over the top.

I think I like Harry a lot more now than in the beginning of the first book.

Just started last night. Got to the part where... am I allowed spoilers or no? I am enjoying so far. I love werewolves so maybe I'm easy.

62% Things are picking up now! I like werewolves too and these varieties are all interesting. :)

I wrapped this one up last night. Again the ending half of the book was much better than the beginning, and I am growing fond of Susan and was sad that (view spoiler)[Carmichael got killed (hide spoiler)]. I still don't get Murphy. One thing I did think was really cool was that (view spoiler)[Tera ended up being a wolf who morphed into a human. nice little touch there. (hide spoiler)].

Again, I wasn't super thrilled with the book as a whole but oddly I would like to continue the series to see where it goes.

I finished this up this morning. I agree with Maxine that the last half was much better.
I have to admit that I got a little bit sick of (view spoiler)[ Harry blaming himself for every little thing. Thinking he's responsible for all those wolves with Tera, Murphy, and everyone else. I mean, they all chose to go-none of it was his fault. (hide spoiler)]

Overall, I did enjoy it and I want to continue the series as well, but I'm going to take a little break from it for right now.

For what it's worth, Charlene, Fool Moon is my least favorite in the Dresden series. They really do get better as they go along. (Though Harry always does that thing.)

I finished! Absolutely agree with Char and Maxine (view spoiler)[it was driving me CRAZY how Harry kept that self-pity crap going about how "everything was his fault somehow". The boy really needs to grow a set. (hide spoiler)] However, the last half was much better, and I will read the next one--after a break to get some reviews done, and sneak in a Charlie Parker book (after reading the new short story collection from Connolly on NG!!!)
Back to Bentley Little's THE HOUSE, and Ray Bradbury's OCTOBER COUNTRY that I need to pick up from the library. :)

Yeah, when a character starts thinking everything that happens is their fault it comes off really arrogant. The world doesn't revolve around you, buddy! Lol, I can see that there is something to the series though so I've requested a copy of the next one from the elibrary, its on hold.

Oooh, Kimberly I need to read October Country! Its on so many of my lists.

I finished too. I enjoyed and will continue but I agree Harry is a touch annoying. Murphy too. I liked his (view spoiler)[subconcious telling him he needed to stop being a wuss (hide spoiler)]. I hope he listens.

I decided I don't have time for this right now, but I do think this series has potential. Was Fool Moon better than Storm Front?

I think it was, but only by a smidge. There was a good amount of action and interesting things in the second half, I thought.
I did give the first one 3.5 stars, but rounded up to 4.
This one I also thought was about a 3.5, but I rounded it down.

I did the same, I think! Although I did like this one a bit better because we already "knew" some of the characters. In my opinion, Harry needs to (view spoiler)[ man up and ask Murphy out--clearly she has the bigger balls, and he could use some ;) (hide spoiler)]
