I have combined the above book with a duplicate edition. Now it needs to be deleted so that all the reviews of the duplicate edition may move to the default one. Since it has more than 5 reviews I cannot delete it myself so I need a superlibrarian to do it.

But in future

a) it is not urgent
b) please post in the "Please delete this book, anyone requests, leave deletions to Superlibrarians" thread
