For some reason I'm having a hard time getting into this one... I don't know why! I'm only on Chapter Two!! But I will catch up soon!!
It's definitely a slow beginning. But I think they all have been slow beginnings.. and then somewhere in the middle all the crazy gets loose and I just can't put it down.

No, he's pissing me off too. I really don't like him in this book so far. I mean he's the one who sent her off! Why is he acting this way?Also what are your thoughts on Manon's stories?

I don't like reading Manon's point of view. It's really annoying to me. But I can't believe the over all story line, it's getting pretty good!
So, I really hate what's happened between Chaol, and Aelin... But I kind of like what is going on between her and the Fae warrior... But again it's kinda not going on as well.. AHH!!
How far along are you into the book? I'm seventy percent through!
I don't think audible does percentages.. or maybe I'm just dumb and can't figure it out. haha. I'm on chapter 12 right now (I was finishing up another quick book first). It's another part of Manon and that nasty Duke.I used to love Aelin and Chaol together. I even liked her and Dorian a little. I feel like every single book I like her with a different guy haha - right now I love the idea of her and Rowan together.

And it was really awesome to see how much Aelin changed during the whole series so far, especially in this book!

I just finished and I'm so sad it's over. I tried to listen slowly on purpose because the next don't come out until next year and on. And there's not even a title posted for the 5th book yet. But so good and so happy.

I know! I honestly thought when I first started this series that it was just a trilogy.. until I was in the 2nd book and realized she was making 6 of these bad boys. At that point I'd gone too far to stop. So now I just have to impatiently wait like everyone else.

I think there may be couple novellas (1.5, 2.5) in addition to the main 6.
