Thanks, Bill! Is there a link to that from our home page somewhere, or did you just know where to find it? I poked around the various sections for the group and couldn't find a reference to it (though I'm sure I could have found the thread where it was assembled).
Thanks for welcoming me, Bill & Nicole. I appreciate your re-posting the HA Top 101 list, Bill. Also glad to see Dracula in the Top 10 & Rosemary's Baby in the Top 20!
Hi everyone! I recently joined this wonderful site! Looking to get back into reading as a serious hobby. Also looking for like minded friends who enjoy Fantasy, Horror etc.

Ah, so what it boils down to is I'm lazier than you... :-)
Hey folks! I've been on Goodreads for a while, but I'm just starting to use the community features. Book life forever, right?
I'll read just about anything, but my heart truly belongs to horror, which is why I'm here, I guess. Especially this time of year. :)
Huzzah!I'm Valarie, I'm an author and avid reader.
I like pirates, Ren Faires, zombies, Outlander, yarn, Johnny Depp, and morbidly obese books of just about any genre.
Thanks for letting me in.
Hi Everyone,My name is Greg, lives in Australia and I am new to Goodreads and am excited to be part of this group.
I love anything that comprises of the old and the ancient full of rich history and spirituality. For me, reading and learning from our ancient past is truly a beautiful, unique and intriguing journey.
Since at a young age, I feel there are two versions of me living within. The old spiritual me and a young soul who still lives in his fantasy world.
However, both of these versions share one commonality - my passion for vampires from the ancient mythology and beliefs. I was mesmerised by their folklore since at a young age.
And it is this passion that leads me to write my first debut novel of the trilogy called 'THE SAMSARIC.'
I will be releasing my novel on the 14 Nov 2015 on Amazon. My website is still under development but you can find me on my facebook author profile page here;

My need to express is very strong within me. Writing, for me, provides this gateway and helps me to grow as a person. It is a life-long learning path that I gladly embark on.
As a writer, I would like to get better at each and every moment, to possess the skills to craft the expressions that arise from the heart into words that provide fulfillment to the readers... a common vision shared by many authors.
Kind Regards,
Greg Lwin
Hello everyone!I'm a huge horror fan. I'll read just about anything, but horror has always been my favorite genre. My favorite authors are Joe Hill, Stephen King, and Gillian Flynn. I also love horror movies, video games (Until Dawn was really fun), and comics. If it's creepy, I probably like it. In my spare time I write novels and pester my cats. I'm looking forward to reading everyone's book recommendations!
Hi Lilly! I'm Elisa, new here as well.I take my horror like I take my coffee--any way I can get it. My horror fiction favorites are probably Lovecraft, Machen, and Stoker, so I'm really excited to join this group and update my creepy book palate a little bit. Nice to be here!
Nice to meet all! I love horror movies and books. I'm also the author of Werewolf Nights
I like to read about werewolves.
Hello one and all!!I hope that everyone is feeling well, hopefully my stories will make your stomachs churn and scare you from the mere turn of a page.
My name is Ian Carroll and I am a horror author as well as a rock & metal music author too.
I have 13 books now on Amazon and my author page is under my name
Scary reading folks!!!!!

Hi everyone. I'm reading a horror novel by my oldest friend, Daniel J. Coplan. It's called Let It Be and is dark (about Death) and also a love story. It's up on Amazon in a Kindle edition. Check it out! I like the stranger Murakami novels and of course Stephen King.
Welcome to all the new members, I'm new as well and can honestly say this site is the best on the net if you are an avid reader.
Welcome everyone!
@ Ian:
What is your full name? I would like to check out your metal books.

Hi Sophie, Richard,
I'm from London, too, but the one in Ontario, Canada. I love horror and whacked out characters and write thrillers with a horrorish bent that are way out there. Love to find other others that share an affection for that acreage and get their recommendations. Looking for horror/psychological thrillers that blow me away. Will request friend status.
Hi. My name is Natalie and I've been in this group a while now (and have even made a few comments and poll votes here and there), but realized I hadn't done the introduction yet. I haven't read a lot of horror, but I am working on remedying that, as I've really enjoyed what I have read so far, and I generally love dark and spooky things. ^.^I want to participate more in the group and group reads in the future, and I'm going to really try and finish the 2015 group challenge, as I've fallen a bit behind in my list.
Thanks for having me!
Hi! I am new to Goodreads & the horror genre. After recently reading a few psychological thrillers/mysteries, I realized I actually enjoy horror stories. And, after lurking in your group for a few months and seeing everyone's passion, creativity and enthusiasm for reading horror stories (both new and classic which is so cool), I have decided to join your group! Hopefully, I will not be scared away by your picks :)!

Turn of the Screw by Henry James remains one of the scariest books I have ever read. As a huge fan of Ira Levin's work, I was very excited to read Rosemary's Baby with HA. Can't wait to read more horror books.
