Hello everyone,I'm Sebastien. I'm a Film and Business student, who has a strong admiration for the horror genre, as well as reading in general. I aim to write, produce, and direct for film, as well as write comics.
I'm always up for reading something new. I hope that this group will help keep me up to date with what horror books are coming out, and I hope that I can make some valuable contributions as well.

Hello everyone :) Jam(reo), from France (hello again, hello) I've been on Goodreads for a year now, and never actually took the time to be active in the group, and it's a shame. Like you, I looooove to be scared, and books and films are perfect for that. This year I wanted to read basically every book that was available, so didn't read many horror books except some from Lovecraft, and one from Jon Saul. Now I'm looking for suggestions, and look forward to talking about horror/books/being scared :)Have a good day !
Hi,I love lit in general and would give any recommended book a shot. But my true love is horror. Fear is entwined with empathy, and having a book that truly scares is nothing short of a masterpiece.
I have read extensively the works of King, Barker, Lovecraft etc. I am now looking forward to unearthing some hidden gems. One of the best books I have read in recent times is called ‘Last Days’ by Adam Nevill. A truly haunting novel that crept into my dreams and gave me some sleepless nights. A feat not easily managed thanks to me being almost desensitised to most horror tropes.
Look forward to being part of the group.
Hi all!Got tired of trawling through Amazon recommendations with too many mediocre results.
Once I start a book I have to finish it, I just can't DNF them no matter how bad they get.
Hoping an active group will yield better results than amazon reviews.
Just finished Silence- Tim Lebbon, loved it.
I have a small library at home filled with King, Koontz, Rose, Slaughter, Gerritsen and Mcbride, couple of Herberts and a kindle full of Barton.
I dip in and out of GR, hopefully that's ok :)
