Hello everyone. My name is Amanda and I am new to the group. I have been a fan of horror for all of my adult life after becoming obsessed with b-movies. I am a big fan of Stephen King and want to find more authors to immerse myself into their worlds of horror. I'm looking forward to being a part of this good group of like-minded individuals.
@Amanda: Welcome and very awesome, same here! King is my all-time favorite author and I try to watch a horror movie every night at midnight on Shudder/Netflix :-DThis is an amazing group and hope you enjoy it as much as I have!

Hihi!! Im Jethro, Ive been onto horror from a preliminary perspective from a while because I have a wayyy overactive imagination and scare easily so I more or less likes listening to people explain horror without engaging myself lol. But Ive been getting more and more into horror films as time goes on and I love horror novels as well, haven’t read that many yet but would love to get more into it and would love recs!!
I love all sorts of horror but recently I’ve been super into more disturbing horror, I love psychological horrors most of all but also enjoy cosmic horror. Most anything to do with Cults and religious subtext and body horror.

Hello all! I'm MM. I'm new to GR and this group. I am a huge fan of horror films but must admit I am new to horror lit. I love slasher, psychological, supernatural horror I pretty much love any type. I am reviving my love to read after a hiatus. That being said, I would love any recommendations for books to really get me introduced to the literature. Also feel free to add me! Love to make new horror friends as well :) I figured I would start off with a short story, so I am currently reading Ankle Snatcher.

I’ve read It and The Great and Secret Show like ten times lol. I’m excited to meet all of y’all and see what you’re reading! I’m in grad school so I need options for fun reads!
