Tenzin (tenzinla) | 16 comments I'm not sure how it eluded me but, I found the Haruki Murakami short story, Tony Takitani, on The New Yorker website. I took the liberty of, converting it to a PDF (unmodified) and then to a DOCX which I completely cleaned up and then converted into ePub & MOBI formats for ereaders. If anyone would like a different format, please ask. If anyone believes that removing all the ads, comics, and formating that The New Yorker added goes against the spirit of what Haruki Murakami would want, please let me know and I will remove the files from the public.

Jeffrey | 80 comments BTW have you seen the Tony Takitani movie?

Tenzin (tenzinla) | 16 comments I've never seen it. I always seem to be disappointed by movie adaptations.I think the _only_ movie that held up was Fight Club.

Jeffrey | 80 comments Adaptations are always hit or miss. That's why I'd like to see David Lynch direct Dance Dance Dance. At any rate, I thought they did a decent job with Tony Takitani.

Tenzin (tenzinla) | 16 comments David Lynch is *the* best! I stand corrected. I'm sure he could do it justice.

Jeffrey | 80 comments If I ever win the lottery, arranging for the making of the movie "Dance Dance Dance" would be my dream project. I'd want David Lynch to be in charge, and someone like Ian Anthony Dale would be great as Gotanda. Still thinking about the rest...
