Stars from another author

Hi! My author page was just created yesterday and my book comes out next April. There is another Jennifer S. Brown and her book was successfully NOT added to my page. However, I noticed that her star rating is still on my page.

My page says: Average rating: 2.67 · -3 ratings · -1 reviews
But I have no stars, no reviews, nothing yet. :-)

Is there a way to remove her stars from my page so I start fresh? Thanks!

That page is heavily cached, when was the book moved?

It more than 48 hours ago then you need to contact GR support, if less than 48 hrs give it 48 hours and recheck

Thanks, Paula. I guess I got a little overexcited--the page was made yesterday. I will check it again at the end of the week and see if they are gone. Appreciate it!
