I'd just read Crooked Letter, Crooked Letter last week & enjoyed it. The short stories weren't as good as the other but I still enjoyed them. And Tom Franklin, I haven't seen anything else of his that might interest me yet but I plan to keep an eye on him.

I loved Crooked Letter, Crooked letter and I was eyeing that short stories about poaching but sometimes I am shy of those southern novels that are so darn bleak and I am sensitive about animals. I know I probably would be happier not reading that one.

nope all is well...which reminds me to tell you all. I am taking my laptop in to be fixed tomorrow, not a major fix but some screws that are missing and I am thinking that I will have to leave it. :( I have been putting if off for several reasons and I am hoping that I will be able to handle all that I need to do such as borrow books through my old computer. I'll be getting it out today and double-checking. It also has a few problems and I hope *fingers crossed* it won't give me trouble. I know that I'll be able to get into Goodreads even with my tv but I am worried about accessing my Overdrive. Everything is set up so nicely on my current computer and thinking about having to juggle around with old equipment is putting me into a tailspin. Anyhoo, I am probably overthinking it and over stressing about it, but I don't want to be book blocked! :P

Ugh.. being without the computer is awful. I had to go a day last week without it:( Hopefully you won't have to use your old one for very long.

I changed my password and everything seems to be much better today!

I am combining all my books in this post that are done since there are a few. If you prefer them to be posted separately at all times, let me know :) Typically I will post them individually but unfortunately I didn't get around to doing that earlier today.

Thank you Amanda! I almost did call out for help. Slowly, after numerous times of logging back in and no power for over an hour I did update Elle's books!
Jenna is great for updating too but since she started school she doesn't have as much time. If there is anything to update this evening do you mind doing it? I'll check in again late this evening when I get home.

Hoping to have my Canadian author finished very late tonight or tomorrow morning!! This book is quite good. Scary!A House in the Sky

Sure, I can do that. :)

I'll have to check that book out. I think I'm in the mood for a good scary book. I'm really enjoying Anna Dressed in Blood at the moment. I prefer YA books with a male main character for some reason.

Something like Iko in the Lunar Chronicles?
