Ferris Wheel

[Nix, Group Moderator]

The Ferris wheel was huge, and a bunch of couples and groups of friends were riding it.

Nick was on another cart in the ferris wheel with Arlen and some other friends. They saw Hannah and Daniel and grinned.

[Arlen]

Arlen giggled and covered her mouth biting her lip to stop from laughing. To be completely honest it wasn't THAT funny but she didn't know why she couldn't stop laughing.

[Nix, Group Moderator]

Then the ferris wheel stopped at the top. Nick looked a little nervous.

[Arlen]

Arlen laughed a little at the look on nicks face. "You afraid of heights?" She asked even though it was obvious. He was looking down with wide eyes at how far the ground was.

[Nix, Group Moderator]

" What? No, no", Nick said. " Well, no, umm, maybe slightly". Nick looked really confused and flustered. The Ferris wheel started moving again before Nick could say anything else.

[Arlen]

Arlen laughed. "Okay your secrets safe with me!" She said and they stayed in silence admiring the view for the rest of the ride.

[Nix, Group Moderator]

Nick blushed. He wanted to say something, but then they stopped and shook vigorously. Nicks face dropped and he clutched the pole next to him.

[Arlen]

"Hey nick...it's ok we stopped, we can get off now..." Arlen said shaking nicks shoulder a bit. He finally looked up looking relieved and got out immediately. "Did you think we got stuck again?" Arlen asked with a sympathetic smile. He nodded silently.

[Nix, Group Moderator]

After another round (without Nick) everybody said goodbye and headed home. Arlen smiled at Nick when he was walking away. Nick turned around and saw her, and quietly said, "shhhhh". Arlen gave the thumbs up, and Nick sighed and walked away.

Arlen laughed and kept walking.
