Ratings & Reviews Not Updating

Hi, my book, Birdsnatch, by C.J. Cummings and Mark Ryan, has 10 ratings and reviews, which we are trying to highlight prior to the release of the book, yet today it is saying it only has 7 ratings and reviews, even though there are 10 there. Could this be fixed please? I cant understand why it's happpened.

3 or the reviews have been written in the last two days. It can take longer for stats to update. I've refreshed the ratings, but there is nothing more we can do.

Librarians are volunteer users, for any further help you need to contact support.
