LDS romance novel about a woman who runs away to England to escape a bad relationship

A woman runs away to her aunt's home in England, and after she gets there, she meets and falls in love with a man who lives near her aunt. Shortly after, the man she is running from finds her and starts terrorizing her. That's pretty much all I can remember about the book. I know it is by an LDS author though.
