Pirate Rowan Dutton seeks enough treasure to repay a debt to his sister and reinstate the Dutton name among British Jamaican Society. He is but one major haul away from accomplishing his goal when a strange woman appears on his ship and causes him to lose his prey. Despite his anger, he is enthralled with the little minx, her strange clothing, odd speech, and her insistence that they are all actors playing a charade paid for by her father.

(view spoiler)[I am loving this story. It started out a little slow, but now I just want to see how it ends! I think it is so funny how it's taken Morgan this long to realize that she traveled back in time and the pirates aren't actors. But I feel like it's realistic, because if you had traveled back in time, I think it would take a while for you to actually believe it! (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[really enjoyed the story, apart from the few weird things. I liked how Rowan never really died at the island when she traveled back and met her great-great-great(x?) grandson. For a second there I was questioning how he would be there if Rowan had died at the island in that timeline, but knowing what happened, it now makes sense! It is kind of interesting how they both already know how many kids they are going to have - 8! (hide spoiler)]
