Will my book be automatically added

My book went live on Amazon yesterday:

I'm fairly new to GR and completely new to the author side of things. Must I request it be added to the database or will that happen automatically after a few days?

Goodreads uses imports to add new books to the database. I don't know how long it takes for a new book to get imported.
