Here's a cartoon that I found about the Palio di Siena.

Can anyone translate?

description

My son took two years of high school French and spoke Spanish while serving a mission for our Church for two years. His somewhat unreliable translation is:

The new Palio di Siena horse race
Jockey 1: Why not start now?
Jockey 2: He's the porcupine jockey. He hasn't decided to mount yet.
