Kimber I really did enjoy the novel. The narrative was engaging. I expected it to be a bit dry (being the story of a trial) but it wasn't in the least. I felt for the characters and worried about what was happening to them. I considered it a really fun and interesting read and then I got to the epilogue. Just reading that one short chapter about the actual historical significance of James and Sean's story blew me away. I had a whole new appreciation for what I'd just read and its place in both Irish and American history. Don't thank me David - Thank you!
