She nodded, "Ah, I see. Was that by any chance in the beginning on summer maybe?" she asked quietly.

"It was just before", said Jax avoiding all eye contact with Xena, as he was reminded of his bloody past. "I don't really like to talk about it, but seeing that it seems relevant I guess I might have to". Jax sighed and looked beside him out the window. As soon as he lay his eyes on the glass he was suddenly sucked into the past once more. He saw the reflection of his deceased friend. Julian's pale face was staring right back at him, looking frightened and alone. As Jax stared frightened, he felt a warm sensation suddenly coming from his nose. Blood started to slowly drip.

There was a slight lull in the classroom since it was rare for the principal to come to their classroom twice in a week. "Now, now, what happened to all the chit chat~?" she winked seductively. "I wanna hear gossip too~~~" Although a woman physically, she was still a child in her mind. Well, a perverted woman still...ah, nevermind about that. Just forget that.
Orin stayed under the desk, listening to their conversation.
He stayed silent for a while.
"Hey... Ever consider that you two used to know each other as kids? I know you two might not remember it, but do you have childhood friends that have their memories intact and working? Then maybe they would remember that you two have some connection between each other. And, maybe Xena should give that teardrop to some teachers to examine. Maybe they would be better experts at finding the problems to it."
Orin seemed thoughtful for a second, and emerged from the desk. He sat on the desk beside the two.
He stayed silent for a while.

Jax clenched at his nose, as blood started to drip. He then pulled out a tissue and held it to his nose to stop the bleeding. "Childhood friends?" Jax thought for a second wondering whether it could be a possibility. He then looked at Orin, "I'm not sure, its possible I guess but I really don't remember. However, it's a good idea to give it to some of the teachers to examine, seeing it's possible that there might be something behind it".
Xena nodded slowly, "Yeah, I agree, should I give it to vice principle Hae?" she asked. Xena took off the pendant, emmidiatly she felt as if some part if her disappeared, as some ward was gone, a protecting shield..
As soon as the pendent was removed from Xena's neck Jax felt an emptiness in the room, as though something was missing. "Xena... are you okay with this? You look a little uneasy"
Xena looked up at him, "Yeah, I'll be fine." she said and placed the pendant on the table, a small dull thud was heard as it came into contact with the desk. Xena looked away from it, the stone was nit hers to begin with, if only she'd know who gave it to her. Xena looked at Jax again, "What next?" she asked.
"Well... I guess all we can do is wait. It's as though the pendent is the only connection we have separating us from the past and the present. It's our only lead into discovering what happened two summers ago".
She nodded, "Ok." She looked at the clock, 10:15. Xena frowned and looked over at the teacher, she saw the teacher calmly reading a magazine, in truth she looked like a kid in her black dress and two side ponytails.
Jax noticed Xena looking at the teacher, and only assumed that she was pondering about how childlike she was. "She looks like she's about twelve years old doesn't she?" Said Jax in a jokingly manner,leaning forward and whispering it in Xena's ear.
She smiled, nodding, "Yeah, she does, it kind if scary how much she resembles a child." she whispered back.
Ms.Riversong looked up, she carefully opened her desk drawer and a lollipop appeared, blood red. She started reading again after popping it in her mouth.

Xena stared at the pendant, she sighed, "Its a wonder how much mystery a single little crystal holds." she said, getting up, "Ms.Riversong, may I be excused from class?" she asked.
Ms.Riversong looked up, "Mmm? Uh, yeah." she said.
Xena sighed, taking the pendant off the desk.

"Where are you going?" Questioned an inquisitive Jax as he watched Xena get up from her desk and walk towards the front entrance of the classroom.
She turned to look at him, "To find Yue-san." she replied. ((Btw, she's a but of a yandere just saying for future reference))

"Just following you 'cuz I have nothing better to do. What kind of teacher is she anyway?" Orin muttered, referring to Ms. Riversong.
